Keysi Fighting Method - KFM

I'm now training in Keysi Fighting. It's a world apart from the sport based fighting I was doing before. This is brutal, street stuff utilising all the body's weapons: knees, elbows, fists, feet, head, shoulder... for striking, takedowns, trapping, groundwork...

My martial arts history (so far!):

I've now been training in mixed martial arts for almost two years. My body has changed shape: I'm fitter, faster and definitely stronger than I have ever been. I've attended gradings, seminars, and tournaments. I've won tropies, earned certificates and had a hell of a lot of fun doing it. I get to play with weapons: nunchucks, kama, and escrima sticks so far. I've recently taken up KFM and am enjoying the variety of techniques encompassed in the method; it's a brutal, effective art. More about it on Wikipedia, and on the main site here.
