    At the time of typing, I've been training for thirteen months. I've lost weight, gained muscle and I'm in the shape of my life. I've attended gradings, seminars, and tournaments. I've won tropies, certificates and had a hell of a lot of fun doing it. I get to play with weapons, too! My next target is my purple belt, in a few months. See this page, and my blog for more news.
